Floor Angels for thoracic extension

Try these Floor Angel stretches if your shoulders are rounded and your thoracic spine is more prominent than it should be.

Stretching your pectoralis major muscles and activating your rhomboids & trapezius muscles will allow your shoulder blades to move back towards the spine, rather than hanging out underneath your armpits.

This is a great relaxation exercise for anyone who spends too long on a computer or their mobile phone.
